Traditional THAI MASSAGE with Alexander Stavrinos
During these 10 days Alexander will teach us the traditional sequence
of exercises/asanas during a Thai Massage session, the right posture
and how to relate and connect with the recipient.
The 80 hours seminar is for anyone who wishes to learn to give a
very decent and soothing massage as well as some techniques to relief
common ailments (headache, lower back pain). It will also include
centering and relaxation techniques.

DYNAMIC FLOW & MINDFULNESS YOGA
with Ognjen Prjnat and Karin Oscarson
In this workshop Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment blends
with the awareness and presence of Mindfulness and is kept together
with an all embracing Tantric philosophy. Ognjen will do Anusara-inspired
Flow Yoga in the mornings and Karin Mindfulness Yoga in the evenings.
Last summer we did a weekend workshop together and got really amazed
over how well we could combine our two different styles, so for
this year we decided to work together for a whole week.

A three day workshop for women where you can dive deep into your
femininity and with shamanic tools heal and cleanse yourself from
wounds and obstacles that have been obscuring your feminine to flower
fully. Irini Sanikou has been studying shamanism with Lynn Andrews
for fifteen years and is a member of her Sisters of the Shield circle.
