With your needs, previous experiences and current situation as a base we design the vacation that will most deepen your sense 
of relaxation, wellbeing and experience ofthe present moment. We work within the frames of our activities and abilities which                     
are:

Easter Program
Daily classes at noon and 6 pm of hatha yoga, stretching, meditation or qigong 
10-13 June

MassageNow
Massage stands for classical Swedish massage with oil, loosening up tense muscles. The Now stands for mindfulness, for being aware and present in the moment. So this is mindful massage. A massage that works with instead of on somebody and thus creates trust and therefore works deeper and with longer lasting results.
In this seminar we learn the basics for a body massage but put also great emphasis on our own body posture and last but not least on being present in ourselves and in what we are doing.
So added to the massage techniques will be exercises for relaxation, body awareness and meditation.

 
14-18 June
Conscious Relaxation
with Karin Oscarson & Vasilis Savvas Mindfulness Meditation, TaiChi/Qigong, 
Stretching, Walks in the captivating Nature of Amorgos. Discovering the 
meaning of true relaxation.
22-27 June

Yoga Holiday with Sunnah Rose. Daily practices will guide you through a variety of styles, including gentle yoga to allow you to journey deeply into the body and a more dynamic Vinyasa yoga to strengthen and dance our way through a class. Yoga Holiday

 
21-25 July
Yoga Intensive
Morning class with Christina Pissanidou. Hatha yoga where we build our poses and search for our bodies’ right alignment.
Evening we do Ashtanga with Iren Zeljko. A dynamic class with continuous flow of poses accompanied by deep breathing. 
 
29-31 August  
 Weaving our lives
A shamanic workshop on how we are weaving together all the different threads of life.
We look at how we set the basic pattern and how we move in our everyday web.
And, finally but not least, how we are responsible and the actual creators of our life’s pattern. 
   
 
1-5 & 7-11 September
Qigong
This is the third year we welcome  Panagiotis Kontaxakis – one of Greece most well known TaiChi and Qigong teachers.
His workshops are so popular we decided to arrange two of them this year.
The Qigongs he will teach are: 
    -The five animals (shamanic qigong)
    -The sun
    -Working with the spiritual energy of the stars
    -Energetic education 
    -The unity of mind and body
    -The five mystic codes

Qigong - spinal harmony
Vasilis Savvas
A harmonic, therapeutical combination of breathing and movement that energises our whole system of body and mind. 
With the soft combination of breathing and movements we give the opportunity to our body to relax and come to a 
standing position so our spine becames straigth and our inner organs works properly.
